SuShRth was born in Hyderabad, in the quiet hours when too many of us were scrolling alone, looking for a voice that sounded like ours. Today that voice answers from the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

KCS is a Hyderabad-based studio that builds slow, careful technology for people who deserve more than another app. SuShRth is our quietest project — and our most important one.
We started with a question that wouldn't leave us alone: why is it so hard to be honest about how we're really doing?
Therapy is wonderful, but it isn't always accessible, affordable, or culturally fluent. Hotlines help — but sometimes you don't want a script, you want a human. So we set out to build a place where any of us, at any hour, can find a real person on the other end of a quiet call.
