SuShRth offers anonymous peer listening and self-guided wellbeing activities. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care, and our listeners are not acting as your clinicians. Nothing on SuShRth should be used in place of advice from a qualified health professional.

If you are in immediate danger, or thinking of harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline now. A list of worldwide helplines is in the footer of every page, and findahelpline.com lists free, confidential services in most countries. SuShRth cannot dispatch help and is not monitored as an emergency service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to create an account. If you are younger, please use a service designed for young people in your region.

• Treat listeners and other users with respect. No abuse, harassment, hate speech or threats.
• Do not record, transcribe, screenshot or share any part of a session.
• Do not attempt to identify, contact or meet a listener outside SuShRth.
• Do not use SuShRth to sell, recruit, solicit, or promote anything.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape or overload the service.

We may suspend or end access, without notice, where we believe these rules have been broken or someone is at risk.

On the shadow path we hold no name, email or phone number for you. That is deliberate — and it means we cannot recover your passphrase, restore a lost account, or verify that you are who you say you are. Anonymity is a trade you make knowingly.

Where paid features, gifts or donations are offered, prices are shown before you confirm and are charged in the currency displayed. Voluntary donations and gifts are non-refundable. For paid sessions, contact Info@kandhugule-kcs.com within 14 days if something went wrong and we will look at it fairly. Payment features that are not yet live are clearly marked in the product.

Anything you write in SuShRth — notes, letters, reflections — stays yours. You give KCS only the limited permission needed to store and show it back to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

SuShRth is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Listener availability varies by region, language and time of day, and we do not promise a listener will always be free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KCS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SuShRth. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
